Alice Studio Apartments is a newly built two-storey building, comprising of 1st and 2nd floors. It is located at the metropolis town of Bwari, and bespoke Nigerian Law School off campus student accommodation.
It is a short 5-minutes drive and about 10-minutes walk to the Nigerian Law School Abuja campus, making it suitable for the 8am or 9am lectures or to meet up with other activities at a short notice. It has 23 single units, tastefully and fully furnished with air-conditioner; self-catering spacious kitchen with microwave, electric burner, refrigerator; a 32-inch TV with free DSTV subscription; reading chair and table amongst others. PRICING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
- Bar Part 1 (3months) – N500, 000 (N50,000 refundable caution fee)
- Bar Part 2 (10months) – N1,000,000 (N100,000 refundable caution fee)
Refundable Caution Fee – This will be refunded to the tenant at the expiration of the tenancy agreement and upon moving out. The tenant will get a full refund as long as the management is satisfied that the facilities are in the same condition it was prior to the tenant moving in. However, if there is anything damaged in the room, the caution fee will be used to repair or replace it and this will be communicated to the tenant.
